Mint tea ritual has been part of Moroccan traditions for three centuries now. Teapots and tea glasses are both decorative and utilitarian objects. We offer a series of articles that will allow you to prepare and serve Moroccan tea : teapots made of decorated pottery, copper, silver or glass, patterned or plain tea glasses, and serving trays. In Sahara, the tea ceremony is an opportunity to come together around a small stove where a teapot full of tea leaves and mint is prepared. The tea is served in three steps : the first glass of tea is supposed to be as bitter as life, the second one as strong as love and the latter one is soft as death.
